Terms

All merchandise is priced F.O.B. Concord, Ontario, Canada, COD or other terms specified.  No deductions are permitted from a Weezer Industries invoice unless approved in writing from Weezer Industries.  Any order held in Weezer Industries facility or one of its warehouses for over 15 days at a customers request will be invoiced and must be paid within the terms.  All forms of payment must be reviewed and approved by Weezer Industries.

Title of Merchandise

It is clearly understood that title to all merchandise sold remains with the seller until the order is paid in full.  The release of possession to buyer of unpaid merchandise does not pass title to the buyer until the order is paid in full, including interest of 24% annually on overdue accounts.

Order and Revisions

Confirmation of orders must be made electronically or in writing by fax by issue of Purchase Order.  Any changes made to the original contract while in production may be subject to additional charges and delays.  In the event of cancellation purchasers may be charged for materials and supplies.  All samples custom made to specifications is subject to an administration charge if no order is placed and samples are not returned.  Any additional samples are subject to charges for materials and labour.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight

All merchandise is F.O.B. Concord, Ontario, Canada and will be shipped after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon.  All merchandise should be inspected by the consignor upon arrival for defects.

Maintenance

All merchandise must be inspected monthly for signs of structural weakness (loose bolts, screws or separation of joints).  If this occurs the product should be removed from service immediately until proper maintenance can be performed.  All tables and bar should be polished and waxed on a bi-monthly basis.  Chairs and stools should be wiped down monthly.

Warranty

Weezer Industries warrants each product for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified or to a product that is damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse other than its designated purpose.
